Q: I am the only administrator on my network, but I want to manage 20 users in my domain - does this mean I need to purchase 20 UltraAdmin Platinum Packages?
A: No. Because you are the only administrator, only one
administrator will be using UltraAdmin. Therefore, you only need to purchase one of the packages ($99 USD).
Remember, the quantity is determined per administrator using UltraAdmin
- not per network user.
Q: What about upgrades?
A: The software itself is provided to you at no charge. Therefore, upgrades to the software are no charge. If you desire the additional guarantee of support should you need it and the convenience of an advertisement-free version, look into our UltraAdmin Platinum Package. Find out more here.

A: All you have to do is look for instructions by email.

your order. Be sure to hold on to the Service Number that we provide you - this is very important, and guarantees your benefits as an UltraAdmin Platinum customer.
